PAYMENT
I accept payment by Paypal, check, or money order. If payment is made by check, please allow 1-2 business days after check clears for your order to be shipped. If payment is made by money order, your item will be shipped 1-2 business days after payment is received. All prices are in U.S. currency.
SHIPPING
Purchases are shipped by US Priority Mail and mailed out within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. Shipping costs include postage and handling. If you would prefer your purchase ship to an address other than the address indicated on your eCrater order, please email me. I will also gladly include a gift card, if desired.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you wish to return a purchase please contact me and reference “Return” in the subject line of your email. I will respond with a packing slip and return label to facilitate your return.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of sale for a full refund. You pay for the return postage and I will refund the price of the item once I receive it in the same condition which it was sent.
